Derrick Cram - DVDJ Primary Instinct aka DJ DC has been rocking parties for more then 20 years.  Since the age of 12, Primary Instinct has been perfecting his skills over a wide variety of musical styles, venues and events.  With such a varied background, he is gifted with a unique ability to blend new and old sounds, creating an audio/video vibe that not only stimulates your ears, but provides a feast for the eyes that absolutely captivates audiences.  

Based in Northern New England he travels all over the northeast performing at colleges, night clubs, and various other events.  In 2003 he attended the DJ Times International DJ Expo in Atlantic City for the first time where he witnessed top notch video DJs 2nd Nature, and Roonie G.  After attending this conference he decided that video is the future of the DJ industry and that video DJing is where he wanted to take his career. 

Currently Primary Instinct holds a video residency at the Pickle Barrel Nightclub in Killington, VT as well as regular appearances at Two Brothers in Middlebury, VT and many other venues all around the northeast.  He is one of the Top 10 Video Remix Artist on the world renowned Crooklyn Clan’s Website, The Vault. The Vault is a website made for DJ’s by DJ’s and music producers from around the globe for the sole purpose of enhancing A DJ's overall performance and help extend the life of the original works.
